Will has worked in the construction industry in Melbourne for over 12 years. During this time, he has been involved in almost 50 level crossing removals as well as other major infrastructure projects including Melbourne Metro Tunnel, Westgate Bridge and Westgate Tunnel. Will is extremely proud of his involvement in delivering the 90 day occupation at Bell to Moreland Stations with the client NWPA.
Will is passionate about the Stilcon Industrial Services values and helping build a great caring culture within the team and enabling opportunities for personal development and growth. He is driven by the great results the team all strive for within the business, by creating a culture where everyone involved are happy, cared for, enjoying their work and feeling appreciated. Will is extremely determined and dedicated to continued growth in all aspects of life.
Outside of work Will has a strong interest in many sports. He has played football his whole life and just missed out on achieving his childhood dream of playing at the highest level. He has also played or is involved in cricket, athletics, boxing and tennis.
