Steve is a strong believer in mutual respect between himself and his employer and strives to ensure this relationship enables him to support his family while also doing the best he can for the company and his team.

Away from work Steve loves hanging out with his daughter and partner, finding fun things to do together. He also enjoys cooking, going to the gym and playing golf.
